MapMuse.com is a pretty good new mashup. I live in the wine country (Napa, CA) and I can use it to find wineries that I am interested in. Pretty cool.

Human Capital and Values

It is kind of funny — it must have been five years since I have talked much about Human Capital. Here is an article from ZDNet that is raising some questions —

I am not sure that I totally agree with the premise but I like the fact that this issue is rasied again. It is also important that the nature of human capital is not always just for those that are in an organization.
